If the fault can’t be rectified immediately, then a technician will be on site within an average of four working hours during normal Monday to Friday working hours (dependent on the type of service contract purchased).

Cancellation
You have the right to return your purchased goods up to three days after you receive them. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund. Goods must be in original packaging and unused.
