Please note: refurbished printer availability changes daily and stock is limited. To check current availability, pricing, and condition, please complete the enquiry form on our refurbished printers page and our team will confirm what’s available.

“Pending” means a unit is booked in for refurbishment but not yet graded and ready. If nothing above fits, it’s worth asking anyway — pending units often clear within a week or two, and we’ll flag you when your size and grade comes up.

Why refurbished is worth a look right now

Cost is the obvious draw, but there are two other reasons it’s worth considering alongside a new purchase. First, availability: a graded refurbished unit is often ready to ship straight away, without waiting on a new-build lead time. Second, it keeps a perfectly capable machine in service rather than heading for scrap — something more customers are asking us about as sustainability becomes part of the buying decision, not an afterthought.

Every unit is graded Gold, Silver or Bronze against condition and remaining ink capacity, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you commit — we’ve covered the full grading system in an earlier post if you want the detail. This week’s list skews heavily Gold, which is the grade most customers ask for first.
