SPECIFICATIONS

The KIP 700 C Series automatically prints colour and B&W mixed print sets. Delivering 2400 x 600 dpi resolution, the KIP 700 Series prints consistently high quality with fast print production. KIP 700 C Series deliver maximum productivity for CAD/GIS printing with the low volume KIP 730 and KIP 740 printing 6 colour or B&W prints per minute, the mid volume KIP 750, KIP 760, KIP 770, KIP 780 and KIP 790 printing 8 B&W prints per minute, and 6 colour prints per minute. The high demand KIP 755, KIP 765, KIP 775, KIP 785 and KIP 795 print 12 B&W prints per minute, and 10 colour prints per minute. Single pass black delivers a 25% increase in productivity. An exclusive single belt drive system performs automatic calibration for precise imaging and bold, expressive color output.

KIP LED toner technology produce unrivaled image durability and outstanding archival quality. KIP CCT pressure fuses toner into the media producing prints that hold up to heat, friction, scratching and repeated handling that can quickly destroy image quality. Each CMYK cartridge contains 1000 g of toner for a total capacity of 4000 g, allowing longer uninterrupted colour and black and white print runs for continuous system productivity. The KIP 700 C Series creates waterproof prints, enabling outdoor viewing and easy handling of drawings. Prints are waterproof, UV resistant and highlighter safe with outstanding archival quality.

The KIP 700 C Series features a 15.6” smart tablet-like touchscreen with a full range of connectivity and intuitive navigation that keeps you in sync with how you want to work. Real Time Preview, AOI (area of interest) Image Editing, and Auto De-skew ensures perfectly aligned scans and copies every time.

The KIP 700 C Series print technology eliminates roll switching delays for increased productivity. Two or four media rolls and a sheet feeder deliver mixed print sizes at full production. Extended print lengths are supported on a variety of media types from either of its 2 or 4 integrated roll decks for maximum productivity and operator efficiency. Media load assist is an ergonomic roll cap system that simplifies the process of loading the 150 m rolls.

The KIP 700 C Series accepts 150 m media rolls x 2 (KIP 73o, 740, 750, 755, 760, 765) or x 4 (KIP 770, 775, 780, 785, 790, 795) 3-inch core plain paper media rolls with a thickness range of 65 to 160 gsm. The output size width is 297- 914 mm/11-36 inch and the maximum print length for roll paper is 6 meters, extendable to 25 m based on media type.

The standard top stacking for the KIP 700 C Series stacks up to 100 documents based on size and media type (default for 20#/75 gsm paper). The Optional Rear Stacking (KIP 750, 760, 755, 765) stacks up to 700 mixed size pages (based on media type and printer model). The optional Stack and Fold (KIP 77o, 780, 790, 755, 785, 795)

KIP System K Software provides seamless control of black and white and colour files. It provides a single software platform with cloud solutions, print system management, advanced security, automated workflow management and continuous enhancement of features and functions. KIP Security features include image overwrite, data encryption, user authentication, KIP Card Reader Systems, removable drive kit and KIP Controller and Microsoft OS.

KIP Multi-Touch Solutions which enables copy and scan (KIP 740, 760, 765, 780, 785, 790, 795) to local, USB, LAN, and Cloud destinations, and print from local, USB, LAN, and Cloud sources. KIP SmartPrint supports printing from Windows, IOS, Android, Linux and Mac systems from a computer, laptop, smart phone or tablet.

KIP ImagePro is a driver-less PC App printing , enables fast and easy print control and integrated with all KIP black and white and colour systems. KIP ImagePro provides job creation, image capture and reproduction for all print, scan, and copy environments. Instantly see printer or scanner status, zoom in or out on any image for intense detail or accurately view settings prior to printing. Image Clean-Up easily cleans up the background and Automatic Deskew makes scanning easy and effortless with the KIP 700 C Multi-Function System. Boost black lines during the scanning or printing is also available. Superview with Area of Interest enables proofing before printing, including sizing or crop tools to quickly select only what you want. KIP ImagePro includes professional colour managment tools for colour management and quick spot colour changes. Step and Repeat, Image Nesting reduces media waste, panel by size or use the convenient automatic paneling feature to create wall size banners and poster fast. Reposition Tools and Enable Important Features enables column logic and the ability to edit large job sets with cut and paste. KIP job information shows productivity at a glance with a summary of pages, colour and black and white image count, estimated print time, identify and correct issues prior to printing. Renaming files is simple and efficient. Printer and scanner information is on the dashboard for instant status information.

The KIP Windows driver enables printing directly from Windows and is Microsoft WHQL Certified. It works with Windows 10/11, 32 and 64 bit operation systems. The KIP Windows driver can be used with a variety of Windows based programs including Adobe, Office and CAD Applications and is a single source installation. It includes workflow automation templates and enables easy viewing and managing of Job Queue and Job History with real-time printer status.

KIP PrintPro.net is a driver-less browser printing submission tool. No installation or application is required. KIP PrintPro.net supports Windows, Unix, and MAC OS browsers for full control over printing parameters. KIP PrintPro.net enables remote printer administration and queue management.

The optional KIP Accounting and Cost Center tracks projects and printing costs. KIP Accounting allocates print and copy volumes to departments and projects. Easily print or email visually attractive reports for copy, print and scan production directly from the application. Enhance print system access and security, as well as track copy/scan/printing. The embedded scanner included with the KIP 740, 760, 765 and 785 is a 600 dpi CIS Scanner and the KIP 790 and 795 uses a KIP 2300 CCD external scanner. All multi-function systems scan original size widths of 210-914mm/11 – 36 inch and original thickness of .05 – 1.6 mm. Scan formats supported include PDF, PDF-A, Multipage PDF, TIFF, Multipage TIFF, and JPEG. Scan destinations include Local USB (removable media), Mailboxes (local), SMB, FTP, and Cloud.
