Description

The Mutoh XpertJet 1682UR is a 64″ (162cm) high-performance UV LED printer using Mutoh’s environmentally responsible and safe US81 CMYK, White and Varnish inks. It offers high productivity of up to 27.3 m2/h with outstanding image quality up to 1440 x 1440 dpi, making it ideal for demanding sign and display production.

The XpertJet 1682UR’s unique single-pass 5-layer printing enables graphics that change from front to back without any media pull-back, along with 4-layer backlit and frontlit combination graphics. It prints confidently on transparent and non-white materials and produces striking spot varnish effects, all controlled through Mutoh’s genuine VerteLith RIP with automated calibrations for a high level of user comfort.

Twin staggered print heads with 180 nozzles x 8 lines per head and two 4″ UV LED lamps deliver a drop mass range of 3.8 to 28 picolitres. The US81 series flexible UV LED inks are GREENGUARD Gold certified and supplied in 800ml packs, giving reliable, low-odour production for busy print shops.
