The Mutoh XpertJet 1682SR Pro (8 colour) is a robustly built and reliable printer, delivering high quality output first time, every time. This 64″ (162cm) wide twin-head unit reaches sellable speeds of up to 15 m2/h, with top speeds of 37.1 m2/h, making it suitable for high-volume indoor and outdoor sign and display graphics production.

Configured with eight colour channels including CMYK, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, Light Black and Orange, the system uses MS41 GREENGUARD Gold certified inks. This expanded palette enables superior reds, oranges, yellows and skin tones, alongside improved grey gradients without colour shift.

Two AccuFine HD print heads with 3,200 nozzles each deliver best-in-class drop placement accuracy, with speeds up to 189% faster than the previous XpertJet 1682SR. Mutoh’s i-screen weaving suppresses banding, while VerteLith Clear Tone screening improves gradients and skin tones. Multiple automated adjustments keep production running uninterrupted, and motorised take-up systems (30kg, 40kg and 100kg) are available to match your workflow.
