The Mutoh XpertJet 1681SR Pro is Mutoh’s next-generation 64″ (1625mm) eco-solvent roll-to-roll printer, built for professional sign and display production requiring consistent image quality, reliable operation and versatile day-to-day productivity.

Supplied with the MS51 ink set in an 8-colour configuration (CMYK + Light Cyan + Light Magenta + Orange + Red), the light inks deliver smoother gradations and reduced graininess for refined image transitions and natural skin tones, while Orange and Red reinforce warm hues and red reproduction. The printer is bundled with ONYX RIPCenter software, offering a robust and accessible RIP workflow for day-to-day sign and display production.

At the heart of the machine is Mutoh’s AccuFine HD Pro single-head piezo print head with 3,200 nozzles across 8 channels, delivering speeds of up to 17 m2/h. A 3-way heater and flat-type front dryer, together with Mutoh’s DropMaster 2, FeedMaster and Media Tracker automation, keep output consistent with minimal operator intervention. The MS51 inks carry UL GREENGUARD Gold certification (including AgBB Germany, A+ France, Belgium VOC, BREEAM, LEED and M1 Finland) and are GBL-free with no CLP/GHS hazard pictograms, making the XpertJet 1681SR Pro ideal for outdoor advertising, posters and indoor signage, wall and vehicle graphics and full wraps, window graphics and decals, and high-impact commercial and advertising prints.
