Description

The Mutoh XpertJet 1462UF is a 6-colour UV LED flatbed direct-to-object printer built to give your business a serious productivity boost. It features a generous 1420mm x 700mm table and prints directly onto rigid media and 3D objects up to 150mm thick, opening up unlimited possibilities for personalisation, industrial decoration and small-to-medium batch production.

Two staggered piezo drop-on-demand print heads allow CMYK and White/Varnish to be printed independently, while two 4″ multi-segment UV LED curing lamps cure output instantly, ready for handling or finishing straight off the printer. The four-zone magnetic vacuum bed holds media and objects securely (up to 50kg/m2) and supports automated media height detection and obstacle avoidance, so multiple substrate sizes and thicknesses can be printed simultaneously without manual setup.

The XpertJet 1462UF is supplied with Mutoh’s genuine VerteLith RIP software, giving you variable data PDF printing, jig creation tools, emboss presets and access to 100 texture patterns for eye-catching 2.5D printing effects. Mutoh’s next-generation UV LED inks are SVHC and CMR free.
