KEY FEATURES

The Canon imagePROGRAF TM-610M is Canon’s first A0 TM Series model with a genuinely built-in large format scanner – previous TM MFP configurations paired a printer with a separate external scan unit bolted alongside it.

The integrated Contact Image Sensor (CIS) scanner uses dual-side LED illumination, reducing the shadowing you’d normally get from creased or folded originals such as old drawings pulled from a plan chest.

Preset scan modes are built in for CAD line drawings, blueprints (including inverted blueprint), tracing paper, posters/photos and drawings/maps – so operators don’t need to fine-tune settings by hand for common document types.

Scanned output can be sent straight to USB memory, email or an SMB network share, and the print engine shares the same 5-colour LUCIA TD pigment ink system and PF-06 print head as the rest of the new TM Series, for output up to 2400 x 1200 dpi.

A flat-top loading design and a larger 5-inch touchscreen (vs. 4.3-inch on non-MFP models) make day-to-day scan and copy jobs straightforward.

MANUFACTURER INFORMATION

The Canon imagePROGRAF TM-610M is part of Canon’s newly refreshed TM Series, announced globally on 15 September 2026 and launching across EMEA (including the UK) from October 2026. It is the first A0 TM Series printer with a genuinely built-in large format scanner, rather than a bolt-on external unit.

Canon’s own positioning covers architecture, engineering, construction, retail and education users who need to print, scan, copy and archive drawings without a separate PC-based workflow.

As with all imagePROGRAF printers, Canon covers the TM-610M and its print head with a 12-month warranty.
