I hope you are coping in this time of uncertainty.

With the situation and government guidelines changing daily we are trying to remain as dynamic as possible in order to maintain our service levels to best serve our customers. However, as a family-centric organisation our number one priority has to be the health and well-being of our team, some of whom have high risk relatives living with them.

In order to allow us to continue to operate a service as close to normal as possible, the office and warehouse will remain open but with a rotation of the team working from home. This will significantly reduce exposure on public transport, and enable greater social distancing.

We will be working really hard to reduce any impact this might have on service levels, but as always please keep in touch. If you need something urgently then let us know and we will do everything possible to meet your requirements. We have significantly improved our working from home capabilities so good communication should be maintained.

If you need something please allow a few extra days wherever possible, longer if you can, to ease the stress on our supply chain.
