Patel was prompt and she was happy to answer
any additional questions I had. We purchased
the Canon IPF605 as your price was the best
we found anywhere and although the delivery
of the printer was delayed a week due to
stock I was regularly updated on the progress
and overall am delighted with the service

Further to our telephone conversation I
would like to confirm that we would like
to purchase the Canon iPF830 LF printer
from Design Supply detailed in my email
of 25 November with certain points clarified
in your subsequent emails. I will put together
a final document in the next few days to
confirm our understanding of your proposal
and to ensure we are all in agreement.
Our decision to purchase from Design Supply
was not only based on the very competitive
package you offered but also on the follow-up
and prompt responses to a variety of emails,
which I hope is an indication of the excellent
service you will provide to us in the future.
On a personal note I would like to add that
you have been extremely helpful, and patient,
answering any queries to the full - I was
also impressed by the manner in which you
considered and addressed our requirements
for the benefit of the Jigsaw Trust and
the children, young people and adults that
it supports.
As mentioned, once the kit has been installed
and is operational, I think that it would
be nice to put together an editorial piece
that could be put up on your website or
anywhere we think appropriate. Something

I have a really hectic 'rest of the week'
therefore it may be Monday before I can

provided by suppliers but have made an
exception in this case. The package we
procured from Design Supply was sizeable
(both physically and financially) and
potentially complicated with the numerous
software packages I'd requested.
I would like to offer my thanks for a extremely
well handled process. In the infancy of the
order you provided excellent feed back on the
proposed Hardware and Software. I would like
to specifically note the comprehensive information
and technical assistance which you provided
with regard to GTX RastaCAD.
The overall management of the process from Procurement
to delivery was carried out in a first class

of communication you provided allowed the project
to run on time with no hiccups or issues meaning
that I very little to do or worry about. Delivery

I have quoted your company to several
of my colleagues, since I have to say
how impressed I have been by your service.
My contact at your end was Freddie Ashmore,
who was technically helpful, courteous and responsive.
Perhaps made slightly easier by my desperately
needing a new machine and being in the mood
to buy without too much 'haggling' or consideration,
but he identified the correct machine for me,
arranged delivery for the next day, my old machine
was picked up on time, and the paper was delivered
all within just a couple of days.
I was very impressed, particularly as I had
simply 'Googled' large format plan printers
and your's was the first and only company that
I contacted.
There are plenty of times when attempting to
buy from the Internet can be trying, but in
this case, I was very impressed and will be
back to you for consumables and to satisfy any
future printing requirements.
Finally, I promised Freddie that I would pass
on this message when I last spoke with him,
so please do let him know that I have done so,

Out of 10, it has to be 9.5. Half a point dropped
for not being originally advised of a £50 delivery
charge, but my wife (and business partner) is
apparently happy to revise that back upwards
upon receipt of the champagne.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with
the service I have received from Design Supply
and mostly Simon for his help, I have never
owned a "huge" printer before and
he advised as to my needs and once the sale
was completed even phoned to make sure I had
received my new Canon printer and was satisfied
with it. I have not had chance to put the printer
through its paces as yet but I am very sure
if thier was any problems it would be sorted
as I have no doubt going by the customer service
I have received so far.
