	Graham's Comments... I was very impressed with David when i spoke to him; we were originally looking at the HP 130 series & Epson A2/A1. David advised against it, as he stated the HP 130 will not do the work we have planned for it, and his knowledge was second to none. We shall be contacting you in the very near future, regarding the Canon IPF 6300 A1 printer. Unfortunately i am now in a wheelchair, after spending 25yrs in Formula One as a photographer. At present we a going through many thousands of my pictures of which i own all copyrights to. As soon as we have our strategy in place we shall be down to see David. I have in fact been meaning to send a message any way, so thank you for the reminder. I have quoted your company to several of my colleagues, since I have to say how impressed I have been by your service. My contact at your end was Freddie Ashmore, who was technically helpful, courteous and responsive. Perhaps made slightly easier by my desperately needing a new machine and being in the mood to buy without too much 'haggling' or consideration, but he identified the correct machine for me, arranged delivery for the next day, my old machine was picked up on time, and the paper was delivered all within just a couple of days. I was very impressed, particularly as I had simply 'Googled' large format plan printers and your's was the first and only company that I contacted. There are plenty of times when attempting to buy from the Internet can be trying, but in this case, I was very impressed and will be back to you for consumables and to satisfy any future printing requirements. Finally, I promised Freddie that I would pass on this message when I last spoke with him, so please do let him know that I have done so, thank you. Out of 10, it has to be 9.5. Half a point dropped for not being originally advised of a £50 delivery charge, but my wife (and business partner) is apparently happy to revise that back upwards upon receipt of the champagne. Where most other companies would just be interested in selling a printer, you guys go the extra mile. Even before buying this printer Simon stopped me from buying an Epson because it was not suitable for my disability. There is a serious lack of companies in the UK that believe in real customer services and you guys put them all to shame. I cannot thank you guys enough. I would just like to say how pleased I am with the service I have received from Design Supply and mostly Simon for his help, I have never owned a "huge" printer before and he advised as to my needs and once the sale was completed even phoned to make sure I had received my new Canon printer and was satisfied with it. I have not had chance to put the printer through its paces as yet but I am very sure if thier was any problems it would be sorted as I have no doubt going by the customer service I have received so far. 	Su's Comments... Thanks guys for all you have done, much appreciated, you are such a good bunch. Sorry to be collective, you are all splendid alone too, I am sure, Aunty Su is proud of you.   Coated 100gsm paper is not half bad when subjected to a cold shower in the bath, ink & all ! (Printed with an HP 500ps, standard ink of course, (ancient old thing it is now). It did not run badly or spider, a little ghosting off the lines, mostly the red. When I picked it up (not carefully) from the floor of the bath an hour later, still damp, it came up in one sheet, not a sodden load of ribbons. It's not waterproof, but you can still read detail & it does not tear easily, which is what we were after.   Well done & thanks as usual, I would much rather buy my paper from you. If you do ever come across a paper that purports to be water resist, do let me know, I promise we can test it to the full, I can even throw mud at it! Keep happy, best wishes.   Su Su Dixon.
