High Quality with Precision

Canon s 5-colour dye-and-pigment reactive pigment ink system produces vivid colours and the sharpest, thinnest lines, and with a range accuracy of +/- 0.1% as well as a minimum line width of 0.02mm, precision is guaranteed - images rendered at 2,400 x 1,200 dpi for maximum impact, thanks to super-fine print heads using 15,360 nozzles.

Increase productivity and save costs

Exceptional image quality is accompanied by breathtaking productivity, with draft A1 prints in 47 seconds and A1 in just 24 seconds. High capacity 330ml and 700ml hot swap ink tanks are used, which can be replaced during production for non-stop productivity. The device also comes equipped with a double roll unit, which enables you to easily print long runs on different types and sizes of media and with borderless printing you will save time and money on finishing too.

To keep costs low, an Economy mode can be selected which uses less ink, ideal when printing draft documents.

The iPF820 is designed to integrate seamlessly and work perfectly with the most demanding CAD workflows. The HP-GL/2 and HP RTL file formats are fully supported and an HDI driver for Windows is also included.
