Built for speed and performance this easy to use 64” (1.6m) wide RS-640S prints exceptional quality indoor and outdoor graphics up to 31.8 sqm/hr. The long-lasting, odour-free and totally safe dye sublimation inks come in fully contained one litre bottles for clean CMYK prints with no mess, complemented by a reliable digital system which guarantees low maintenance.
The RS-640S package features an integrated dual-heater to dry graphics quicker and a take-up system, supporting media rolls up to 40kg (88lb) to enable unattended printing through the longest production runs. Designed to work in conjunction with any industry standard heat press or calender, its’ generous size and vibrant dyes bring low-cost production opportunities to novice and experienced users wanting to enter the digital textile printing or soft signage market.
Ease of use and advanced features are incorporated in Roland’s versatile VersaWorks RIP software, included with the RS-640S. It’s simple to personalise jobs, such as custom-decorated sportswear and T-shirts, using integrated variable data printing (VDP) from a standard mail-merge file. There are also the advanced benefits of precision spot colour matching and automatic ink monitoring, plus a powerful Adobe PostScript 3 engine and PDF workflow capabilities for accurate colour and ICC profiles.
