Non - firing detection and compensation function - when clogged or non firing nozzles are detected the print head cleaning cycle is automatically administered.

Very fast colour and black and white scanning up to 10 in/s black and white 3.36 in/s colour. The iFP710 can print documents on plain paper up 659 sfph at 1200 x 1200 dpi.

The system has solid-state optical document sensors with auto size detection. Variable hold-down pressure handles allows virtually any document to be scanned including flimsy tissues, creased maps, and thick cards. The side justified, straight through media path transports originals through the scanner at 0.1% +/- 1 pixel accuracy.

Easy to use, user intuitive software, with two software packages included Smart LP & Copy Smart which turns the system into a LFP digital copy system with image editing options. Scan to file scan to email, scan to print, zoom crop, CMYK colour controls, black and white point adjustment, masking and text or bitmap insertion are all included.
