mind, Epson offers you the opportunity
to extend and enhance your service agreement
to 3 years

service agreement for only £50*
This offer is available
from 01/05/2011 to 30/09/2011 inclusive
and applies to the following Epson Stylus
Pro models: SP4450, SP4880, SP4900, SP7700,
SP7890, SP7900, WT7900, SP9700, SP9890,
SP9900 and SP11880. The CoverPlus and
printer purchases must be made during
the promotional period to take advantage
of the offer.
In order to register
for your 3 year CoverPlus extended service
agreement, please carry out
the following:
- Download the Registration form using
the link below
- Print and complete the form
- Scan the form and your invoice as
proof of purchase and email to sales@designsupply.co.uk
- We will check your details and then
send you a reference number in a confirmation
email, along with details of the phone
number that you need to call to make
the payment and activate your 3 year
CoverPlus extended service agreement.
- You will then need to call your local
Epson helpdesk (at the number given
in the email)
quoting your reference number. They
will take your credit card payment and
confirm the
successful registration of your 3 year
CoverPlus extended service agreement.
By accepting
this offer you agree:
To purchase (and register
with Epson’s service department) an Epson
3 year CoverPlus service agreement for
your printer at a reduced price of £50
(excl. VAT) payable by credit card at
the time of your acceptance. “Your printer”
refers to the printer you have identified
as having been purchased. The price is
“reduced” in relation to the normal price
at which CoverPlus is available without
agreement to the following two conditions;
i) During the CoverPlus
period of 3 years from the purchase of
your printer to use only Epson Genuine
Ink (UltraChrome), specifically designed
by Epson for use with this printer. The
use of any non-Epson ink in the printer
will immediately terminate the 3 year
CoverPlus extended service agreement.
ii) To allow Epson or
its authorised contractor to have access
to the printer from time to time in order
to audit Epson Genuine Ink (UltraChrome)
usage.
CoverPlus Terms &
Conditions
• Epson CoverPlus extends
the standard one year Epson Commercial
Warranty, offered to you with your Epson
printer, to 3 years. Valid from the date
that you purchased your Epson printer
which this service agreement is being
registered to.
• To receive Epson CoverPlus
services you need to enter into a contract
with Epson by registering and purchasing
the service by email, according to the
registration instructions above.
• The full contract
terms and conditions of the CoverPlus
service agreement and the terms of the
Commercial Warranty can be seen at www.epson.eu/warranty.
They are also available upon request from
your local Epson support desk.
• By accepting this
offer you agree, during the CoverPlus
period of 3 years from purchase of one
of the following Stylus Pro printers (SP4450,
SP4880, SP4900, SP7700, SP7890, SP7900,
WT7900, SP9700, SP9890, SP9900, SP11880),
to use only Epson Genuine Ink (UltraChrome),
specifically designed by Epson for use
with this printer. The use of any non-Epson
ink in the printer will immediately terminate
the 3 year CoverPlus extended service
agreement.
This promotion is valid
in the following countries only, during
the promotional period of 1st May to 30th
September 2011: France, UK, Germany, Italy,
Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland,
Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Turkey,
Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Greece,
Austria, Hungary, Republic of Ireland.
Customers in the Republic
of Ireland will be charged €50 (excl VAT).
This promotion cannot
be used in conjunction with any other
